Smoothies is one of my perfect nutritious favorite breakfasts on the go. To make a smoothie that is nutritionally dense and packed with vitamins and minerals, you don’t need fancy ingredients. You can make a really healthy smoothie with simple vegetables, greens and commonly used fruits.
Blackberries, Blueberries & Strawberries: This trio of berries is packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber. I have combined these berries with Oat milk, a handful of almonds and Pom juice to give a creamy texture and a pretty purple color. Very easy to make and is ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk (zero sugar)
- 1/3 cup Strawberries
- 1/3 cup Black Berries
- 1/3 cup Blue Berries
- 6 to 7 almonds
- 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend smooth.
- Serve in individual glasses and top it up with few sliced berries.
- The berries can be fresh or frozen.
