Ingredients
- 1 cup papaya diced
- 1 orange peeled and chunks
- A small piece of Fresh Turmeric root
- A small piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp Honey or agave
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Ingredients for Garnishing
- 2 orange slices
- Few leaves of mint
Directions
- Peel the papaya, remove seeds and cut into chunks.
- Blend papaya along with the fresh oranges, turmeric, ginger, honey and orange juice to a drinkable consistency.
- Use more orange juice or water to thin it if necessary.
- Pour into tall glasses and toss it with a slice of orange
- Garnish it with few mint leaves
