Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup granola
- 3 cups nonfat berry or vanilla yoghurt
Directions
- Layer 1/3 cup any berry yogurt or vanilla yoghurt into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Sprinkle some granola on top.
- Next, arrange the sliced banana on top.
- Next goes the blueberries.
- Next, Sprinkle few pomegranate seeds
- Now start with yogurt again.
- Basically, Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Garnish with pomegranate, berries and few banana slices.
- Serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.
