Bhindi (okra) plays a significant part in the Indian cuisine and is one vegetable which we all love and is cooked quite often in my kitchen. In Hindi, Kurkure means Crispy and Bhindi is okra. Kurkure bhindi is a fried dish made using okra.
I have always been a big fan of Kurkure Bhindi. But given that it is deep fried, I have been skeptical to make it frequently. Recently I tried the air fry version and my family absolutely loved it. The Air fryer version is even better than the fried version and is totally guilt free, delicious and super easy to make.
Note: Slender okras work best for Kurkure bhindi
